I just got this horrible email in my inbox.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
We would like to congratulate you on being one of 7400 runners selected for the 2012 St George Marathon. We will be hosting runners from all 50 states and 18 countries. We would like to thank you for your interest in our event and we look forward to seeing each of you cross the finish line Saturday October 6th!
Please understand...when I applied to run the St. George Marathon I was fully convinced that I wouldn't make it through the lottery...thus having a perfect excuse to be lazy and continue on my journey to obesity.
Now I'm 85 bucks invested in this torture.
Also, I'm a little excited. Except for when I actually start running.
